I’m Meli, a Christ-centered Tai Chi instructor, writer, and counselor who believes spiritual formation happens best when the whole person is welcomed—body, mind, and soul.

My resources integrate gentle Tai Chi flows, guided prayer, journaling, and devotional teaching to support healing, attentiveness to God, and sustainable spiritual rhythms. This work is shaped by years of teaching, counseling, and walking with people through seasons of transition, grief, growth, and renewal.
